When check, Value“+”show straightness or corrugated of floor is pimpling. When check floor longitudinal tortuosity, floor side face down; when check floor corrugated shape, put floor on the level.

Tolerance Only Customer Comply With The Below Term Can Ensure

→Raw material size: As the above sheet

→In order to achieve to this high precision, the board need enough length, same width and have no    bend.

→Flatness of the surface board: <0.1mm/300mm

→Longitudinal tortuosity of floor max.: +20/-10mm/2.2m; Transverse tortuosity of floor max.:  +/-0.3mm

→Thickness tolerance of floor blank: <0.15mm/300mm

→Must Preheat before machine work (the chain at least continuous duty one hour)

→Strictly observe lubricate and maintain regulations

→If necessary, the stop dog need to check and adjust, at least must 14 days maintain one times.

→When measure the temperature variation max.±5℃.

→Precision of cutter: cutting-tool wear: 60% cutter tooth must in tolerance 10μm. All cutter tooth  is 20μm. Balance max. is 6.3G


3) Surface Board Scratch Of Finished Product

As equipment’s reason lead to surface board scratch of floor can’t exceed 0.1% (According to floor pcs quantity).


4. Process Flow

1. Put the big board on the feeding roller conveyor by forklift.

2. Each piece board will be positioning by cylinder on the chain machine, and then hook the board one piece by one piece to next workstage by hook machine.

3. Transport board to longitudinal multi rip saw, cut middle board into many pieces small board.

4. Feed small boards on the longitudinal belt conveyor.

5. Process click profile (groove and tongue) by longitudinal and transverse DET.
