Production technology and process flow
1.After years of practice and summary by the designer, the air duct adopts the unique slit type overall draft design to ensure that the fiber mesh is evenly laid, the fiber fineness reaches about 3 Dan, and the vertical and horizontal strength of the product reaches or exceeds the standard. Configured touch screen control automatic tracking, over temperature and over pressure alarm system. The rolling mill adopts DC power, hard tooth surface gearbox, high stability universal coupling drive, the bearing adopts oil cooling over temperature and oil shortage alarm system, and the roller surface adopts peripheral drilling technology to ensure the overall temperature consistency. The box design fluid distribution is evenly distributed to ensure that the finished product is continuous wire, no wire, no hole, so as to improve the product qualification rate.
2. Process flow
Raw material (edge material recovery) → melt extrusion → filtration → spinning → cooling → draft by air flow → netting → hot rolling → slitting and winding → re slitting if necessary → finished product
