Introduction and characteristics of melt blown cloth
The melt blown cloth is the core material of the mask. The main material of the melt blown cloth is polypropylene. The diameter of the fiber can reach 1-5 microns. There are many voids, fluffy structure and good anti wrinkle ability. The superfine fiber with unique capillary structure increases the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the melt blown cloth has good filtration, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption. It can be used in the fields of air, liquid filter material, isolation material, absorption material, mask material, heat preservation material, oil absorption material and wiping cloth.

1、 Different requirements for raw materials
MFI of spunbond PP resin: 20-40g / 10min
Melt blown PP resin MFI: 400 ～ 1200g / 10min
2. Different drafting speed of fiber
The drawing speed of melt blown fiber can reach more than 30km / min
The maximum drawing speed of spunbond fiber can only reach 6000 m / min
3. Different draft distance
The draft distance of spunbond method is 2-4m
Only 10-30cm is used in the melt blown method.
4. Cooling and drafting conditions are different
Cooling of spunbonded filament: by air conditioning cooling air, that is, the filament is cooled first to form primary fiber
Melt blown wire cooling: by natural air (actually the air conditioning in the workshop).
5. Different spinning temperature
Because of the short drawing distance of melt blown fiber and the requirement of better fluidity of melt, the spinning temperature of melt blown fiber is 50 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ higher than that of spunbond method.
