Six Common Problems In The PVC Foam Board Manufacturing Process, Causes And Solutions
1. Why The PVC foam board is yellowed.
If the extrusion temperature is too high or the stability is insufficient, the solution is to reduce the processing temperature. If it is not improved, the formula can be adjusted, and the stabilizer and lubricant can be added appropriately, which can be changed one by one.
2. Why Yellowing in the middle of PVC foam board.
The main reason is that the temperature at the core of the material barrel is related to the high temperature of the mould, and the amount of lubricant is also related to it.
3. Bending the plate surface.
Uneven material flow or poor cooling, the factors causing uneven material flow generally include large traction fluctuation or unbalanced internal and external lubrication in the formula. The factors of the machine can be easily eliminated.
